Christian Siée is an award-winning creative producer from Germany.
His German-Serbian film ISTINA (Truth) won a Student Academy Award in 2023, was nominated for a BAFTA Student Award, and received the Audience Prize at the 44th Max Ophüls Festival.

In 2023, Christian joined Letterbox Film Production (Studio Hamburg Production), where he developed and produced the long-running children’s series DIE PFEFFERKÖRNER, contributed to DIE KANZLEI, and  co-developed a range of new projects with producer Wiebke Andresen. He was also a producer on the international feature co-production BUTTERFLY, starring Renate Reinsve (The Worst Person in the World, Cannes Best Actress), in co-production with Mer Film (Norway), led by acclaimed producer Maria Ekerhovd.

Christian studied Media Economics at Stuttgart Media University and, as a Fulbright Scholar, focused on film production in Los Angeles, California. He gained hands-on experience at major production companies such as Warner Bros., Wiedemann & Berg, Bavaria Fiction, and SWR Stuttgart. For his bachelor’s thesis on strategic transformation, he collaborated with producer Oliver Vogel (Bavaria Fiction).

He completed his Master’s degree in Creative Producing at prestigious Hamburg Media School in 2022, supported by the VFF scholarship.

Christian’s short films have screened at over 150 international festivals, earning numerous awards and recognitions. He is an alumnus of the Fulbright Program, a BAFTA Community Member, and has served as a jury member at the Wendland Short Film Festival 2023 and for the Young Talent Foundation Berlin award at HFF Munich.

Christian is currently based in Hamburg, Germany, where he works as a freelance producer, developing new film and series projects.
