Christian Siée is an award-winning creative producer based in Hamburg, Germany, developing and producing international film and series projects. A Student Academy Award winner, he tells bold, globally resonant stories that cross borders, challenge perception, and explore how history continues to shape our world.

At KJ Entertainment / FMI Film Manufacturers (Hamburg – Munich – New York), he develops and produces international film and series projects with producer Kathrin Lohmann, focusing on boundary-pushing, artistically ambitious, and socially relevant storytelling.
His slate spans projects across Europe and the U.S., reflecting a strong commitment to international collaboration.

Previously at Letterbox Filmproduktion (Studio Hamburg), he produced projects including the long-running series Die Pfefferkörner and the feature Butterfly (Mer Film, starring Renate Reinsve).

His German-Serbian short film ISTINA (Truth) received worldwide acclaim – winning a Student Academy Award® (2023), the Audience Prize at the 44th Max Ophüls Festival, and earning nominations for both the BAFTA Student Awards and the German Human Rights Film Award (2024). His films have screened at more than 200 festivals worldwide, collecting numerous awards and honors.

A Fulbright Scholar in Los Angeles and VFF scholarship recipient, Christian studied Media Economics and earned his M.A. in Creative Producing from Hamburg Media School.

He stands for distinctive, emotionally engaging, and socially relevant entertainment — from bold fiction to thought-provoking documentaries — bringing visionary stories to audiences worldwide.
